  • Test products to be released on Nintendo Switch, Wii U, 3DS, and mobile devices for technical and text bugs and guideline issues
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the testing department to facilitate the completion of daily goals

  • Trained testers to increase the number of eligible candidates for lead positions to fulfill the needs of the company during high-traffic seasons
  • Completed eight-hour deadlines while managing one to two teams of between two and five testers
